Pet Policy: Car Rental Guidelines for Furry Friends

Please be advised: While we cherish our furry friends, they are not allowed inside our vehicles unless safely secured in an approved protective carrier, similar to those used in airplanes. This measure is in place to ensure the comfort of all passengers, particularly those with allergies, and to preserve the cleanliness of our cars.

Any damage caused by pets or animals inside the car is not covered by our insurance packages and will result in a separate charge, the amount of which depends on the extent of the damage. Additionally, customers are responsible for any cleaning required to remove pet hair from the seats, which incurs a fee of €50-200.
